Our client in Alma, MI, is seeking a Warehouse or Load Building Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse or Load Building Associate, you will be part of the Load and Shipping Department supporting the Load Team, Shipping Coordinators, Warehouse, and Production. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: ALMA, MI

Pay Range: $18.35

Shift: 6 am to 2:30 pm
overtime can be heavy and include Saturdays

What's the Job?

Loading outgoing boat shipments, motors, and parts efficiently and accurately Operating forklifts to move and organize inventory within the warehouse Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Communicating effectively with team members and coordinating tasks Performing clerical duties such as receiving entries and inventory adjustments as needed

What's Needed?

Minimum of 2 years of forklift operation experience REQUIRED High School diploma or GED Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work irregular hours, including early, late, and unscheduled shifts Ability to communicate and interact effectively with team members and supervisors
