Healogics is the largest provider of advanced wound care services in the United States, treating more than 300,000 chronic wound patients annually across over 600 sites. With an aging society, obesity and diabetes on the rise, and an uptick in surgical procedures, the number of patients with non-healing wounds that would benefit from expert care is dramatically increasing. As a result, the company is working to provide our differentiated, quality outcomes to as many patients as would benefit through our out-patient clinic partnerships.The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting the efficient operation of the Healogics warehouse through accurate receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping of materials and products. This role ensures inventory accuracy, meets customer order requirements, and contributes to a safe, clean, and productive work environment.
All Healogics employees must perform their job responsibilities according to all Healogics policies, Hospital policies, as well as to accrediting organizations, federal and state regulation, and to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines, as applicable.Unload incoming shipments, verify materials against purchase orders, and inspect goods for accuracy and quality.Manage and log inventory into computer systems to ensuring stock accuracy.Select, assemble, and pack products to fulfill customer orders.Package goods for shipment and load them onto outgoing trucks.Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently; adhere to all safety policies and standard operating procedures in the warehouse, classrooms, offices, and restroom areas.Adhere to safety procedures to prevent accidents and following OSHA standards.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment; promptly report equipment or safety concerns to management.Remove equipment from centers, as directed.Perform other duties as required
Required Education, Experience and Credentials:
High school diploma or equivalentFormer Warehouse experience preferredFamiliarity with basic hand and electric toolsFamiliarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners preferred.Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to move, lift up to 40 lbs, and stand on your feet for extended periods.Basic computer and scanner skills.Regular exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and physical activity.Attention to Detail: Essential for accurately logging items, checking for damage, and fulfilling orders Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.May involve overtime or shift work based on operational needs.This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications: education, experience, geography as well as operational needs and other considerations permitted by law.
