Job Description As a Warehouse Associate at the North American Distribution Center, you will play a vital role in the accurate and efficient handling, packing, and shipping of our premium product line. You will be responsible for various warehouse duties including order fulfillment, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory • Maintain organization and cleanliness in warehouse aisles and workstations • Conduct cycle counts and assist in inventory accuracy and audits • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and barcode scanners • Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment • Assist in general warehouse tasks and support cross-functional teams as needed • Maintain high standards of quality control and product handling We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • Previous warehouse, shipping, or distribution experience preferred • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems a plus • Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude • Forklift certification is a plus, but not required
