As a **Warehouse Worker** , you’ll keep things moving—picking, packing, and shipping items that truly matter. If you like staying active and want a job where you can grow, this is the place for you! **What You’ll Be Doing** + Pick items using a voice-pick system and hand cart—accuracy is key! + Package and label products so they’re ready to ship. + Keep a steady pace to hit your picks-per-hour goals. + Learn new skills, including operating a Cherry Picker down the road. **What We’re Looking For** + At least 1 year of general warehouse experience. + 6+ months of equipment experience (EPJ, Forklift, Sit-down FL). + Comfortable with heights and willing to train on new equipment. + Experience using an RF Scan Gun. + Able to lift 25–35 lbs repeatedly. + Flexible for overtime and late shifts. **Work Environment** + Fast-paced and active—perfect if you like staying on the move. Training runs for two weeks (10 AM – 6:30 PM), then you’ll switch to your regular shift (1 PM – 9:30 PM) with overtime opportunities. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.25 - $21.25/hr.
