Job Title: Warehouse AssociateJob Description

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring efficient operations. You will be responsible for scanning barcodes, utilizing pallet jacks, accurately packing boxes according to load sheets, and loading and unloading truck shipments. Your adherence to safety policies and procedures will be crucial in this role.

ResponsibilitiesScan barcodes to accurately track inventory.Utilize pallet jack to move boxes.Accurately pack boxes with the appropriate amount of inventory based on load sheets.Load and unload truck shipments.Follow all applicable safety policies and procedures.Essential SkillsExperience in packing and material handling.Proficiency in using RF scanners and pallet jacks.Previous experience in warehouse or distribution settings.Familiarity with inventory control and cycle counts.Ability to operate forklifts, including sit-down forklifts.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to lift 45 lbs throughout the shift.Capability to work independently.Proficiency in basic shop math and counting.Why Work Here?

Join a small, dynamic company that started in 2018 and is on a rapid growth path, planning to triple its business this year. Work in a comfortable temperature-controlled facility, alongside a team of 13 full-time employees, 5 part-time employees, and 3 temporary employees.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
