Job Description

Primary team member for the Fuel Warehouse.  Responsible for shipping and receiving parts and dispensers.  Keep the facility organized and clean.  Maintain inventory counts for items to maintain minimum stock levels. Must be able to work independently.

Comply with all safety policies and proceduresVerify, process, package and ship orders accurately and timelyReceive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriatelyInspect products for defects and damagesMaintain inventory recordsMaintain warehouse organization and cleanlinessCreate shipping documents for outgoing and incoming shipmentsOperate various warehouse machines (ie forklifts, pallet jacks, etcModel behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest levelEnsure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and proceduresComplete other duties as assigned

QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent certificate requiredCurrent driver's license – must be able to pass a DMV checkForklift training certificate or be able to obtain certificationBasic computer skills to include Outlook, Excel, and various shipping systemsAbility to prioritize, multitask and manage multiple tasks successfully in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to communicate and interact effectively with different levels of the organization to negotiate, problem solve, and complete tasksStrong analytical and strategic thinking skillsSelf-motivated with ability to work both independently and within teams in order to meet deadlines, goals, and objectivesExcellent customer service skillsGeneral warehouse work requiring sitting or standing for long periods of timeAble to stoop, bend and reachAble to lift up to 50 lbs.Exposure to various weather conditions, temperatures and noisesAble to work evenings, weekends and odd hours as needed
