We are seeking a reliable **Warehouse Associate** to join our team. This role involves performing standard warehouse duties, including handling materials, shipping orders, picking items for delivery, and managing inventory. The ideal candidate will have recent warehouse experience and be comfortable in a physically demanding environment. **Job Title: Warehouse Associate** **Location: Indianapolis, IN (E 30th Street area)** **Pay Range: $17.50** **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch) **What’s the Job?** **Responsibilities** + Pull and prepare orders for shipment. + Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials. + Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe warehouse environment. + Read and interpret paperwork and shelving labels accurately. + Perform tasks that may align with roles such as Floater Pipe Yard Inside Associate, Pipe Yard Outside Associate, Receiving Associate, Receiving Clerk, or Returns Associate. **Qualifications** + **Must have:** + At least **6 months of recent warehouse experience** . + No more than **3 months of gaps in work history** . + Ability to lift up to **50 lbs** regularly. + **Preferred:** + Background in warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, delivery, inventory). + Product knowledge or ability to learn quickly. + Forklift experience (a plus, but not required). **Physical Requirements** + Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
