Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be order pulling parts and preparing them for shipment. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with the packing and labeling of products for shipment.Pulling orders Ensure all items are packed securely and labeled accurately.Communicate effectively with team members regarding start times and overtime needs.Participate in Saturday shifts when required, typically as half days.Lift 50lbs

Essential Skills

Experience with inventory and material handling.Proficiency in packing and labeling.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Steel-toed boots are required for this position.

Work Environment

You will work in a warehouse environment where safety is prioritized. Employees are distinguished by shirt color: orange for leads and yellow for warehouse associates. Aerotek contractors will receive a yellow vest. The dress code includes jeans and a plain t-shirt. Please note that cellphones, headphones, and drinks are not permitted on the warehouse floor, but lockers are provided for personal belongings. A lunchroom with fridges and microwaves is available for your convenience during the one-hour lunch break.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vernon, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.87 - $17.87/hr.
