**Job Title:** **Warehouse Associate** **Location:** Oklahoma City, OK **Job Type:** Contract-to-Hire **Position Overview** We’re seeking reliable and hardworking **Warehouse Associates** to support our operations in the handling of mattresses and raw materials. This role is essential to the smooth flow of goods through our facility and offers a great opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. **Key Responsibilities** + Load and unload mattresses and raw materials + Perform shipping and receiving duties accurately and efficiently + Execute general warehouse tasks including picking, packing, and material handling + Maintain inventory control and ensure accurate documentation **Required Skills & Qualifications** + Previous warehouse experience preferred + Skilled in shipping, loading, and material handling + Ability to perform manual labor for extended periods + Forklift operation experience (stand-up forklift preferred) **Additional Qualifications** + Strong job tenure is a plus + Flexibility to work **35–55 hours per week** + Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments **Why Join Us?** + Competitive pay + Benefits available after contract period + Opportunities for advancement and long-term career growth + Supportive and inclusive team culture **Work Environment** + Climate-controlled facility + **Day Shift:** Starts at 6:00 AM + Potential for extended hours (up to 12+ hours on busy days) **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
