Job Description
Join our team as a Warehouse Associate on the 2nd or 3rd shift, where you will be involved in essential warehouse operations. This role offers flexibility with shift times and days, ensuring a full 40-hour work week. You will be responsible for managing materials according to cGMP procedures and regulations.
Responsibilities
Perform critical warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, storing, delivering, transferring, reconciling, and cycle counting materials per cGMP procedures.Use Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIV) to move warehouse materials safely.Operate trucks, including flatbed or panel, to transport hazardous materials or general goods in compliance with Department of Transportation regulations.Foster a positive, constructive, and ambitious work environment.Contribute to a culture of safety, ensuring all safety and environmental requirements are met.Ensure materials are managed according to Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).Complete all required training before performing assigned GMP activities.Participate in activities that prepare for regulatory audits and inspections.Engage in Continuous Improvement initiatives, programs, and projects.Essential Skills
High school diploma or GED.Experience working in a warehouse or with material/inventory.Ability to follow pre-determined SOPs and learn industry-specific documentation practices.Strong communication skills and a positive attitude to establish rapport with team members.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in pharmaceuticals or biotechnology.Basic knowledge of warehouse inventory management systems such as SAP and Microsoft Office.Understanding and compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) and international shipping requirements (IATA).Willingness to learn Good Manufacturing Practices.Knowledge of Cold Chain distribution requirements.Ability to operate a forklift or other powered industrial vehicle.Attention to detail and strong documentation abilities.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This role requires the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and operate powered industrial vehicles. You will work in various physical positions, including standing, walking, and moving around the work site. The role involves handling heavy objects with the appropriate industrial equipment, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
