Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate, where you will be responsible for packaging products according to ATA 300 specifications, fulfilling orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy using an ERP system. Your role will also involve receiving packages, verifying product quality, and ensuring proper documentation for product certification.
ResponsibilitiesPackage products per ATA 300 specifications.Read a part picklist and fulfill product from inventory location.Execute product issuance and moves in ERP System.Inspect products for defects and damages.Receive packages, materials, and supplies, verifying product quantity and quality.Ensure document record retention requirements are met to support product certification.Oversee and maintain shelf life material.Ensure ERP system inventory level accuracy.Stock shelves and organize the warehouse.Resolve inventory and ERP system discrepancies.Essential Skills1-3 years experience in a warehouse environment.Proficiency in inventory management and material handling.Experience with packing, order pulling, and shipping and receiving.Ability to utilize Excel effectively.Familiarity with ERP systems and cycle counts.General labor skills including unloading and packaging.Additional Skills & QualificationsTeam oriented and process focused.Ability to communicate openly and honestly.Quality-minded with attention to detail.Ability to persevere and honor commitments.Recognizes success and executes with urgency.Capability to create solutions.Work Environment
You will work in a warehouse setting within a production environment for an aircraft interior manufacturer. The role demands attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, Washington.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.24 - $25.21/hr.
