Warehouse Associate - $21/HR 1st shift

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for packaging finished products, maintaining inventory, and assisting with the staging of large cabinets for delivery. This role requires adherence to company standards and procedures while supporting technicians and ensuring quality control.

Responsibilities

Package finished products efficiently and accurately.Maintain and manage inventory of materials.Stage large finished cabinets for delivery.Follow company standards and procedures diligently.Assist technicians with various tasks as needed.Utilize basic hand tools and material handling equipment.Conduct quality control and assurance checks.Prepare freight for shipment.Print and apply labels using computer skills.Label products and lift up to 50 lbs.Perform other general warehouse tasks as assigned.

Essential Skills

Experience in inventory management and warehouse inventory control.Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.Experience with material handling equipment and forklift operation.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as stretching, squatting, reaching, bending, pushing, pulling, and twisting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in shipping and receiving processes.Ability to accurately sort, count, and verify items against packing slips.Proficiency in processing receipts in an MRP system, preferably SAP.Experience with freight preparation, including crating and palletizing for LTL carriers.Experience with labeling software and label printing.

This is a Contract position based out of Coppell, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
