**Job Title: Warehouse Associate** **Job Description** We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Warehouse Worker who will be responsible for picking and packing orders accurately. The role involves preparing orders for shipment with proper labeling and documentation, inspecting incoming shipments against purchase orders, and unloading and unpacking merchandise while checking for damages and discrepancies. **Responsibilities** + Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently. + Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation. + Inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders. + Unload and unpack merchandise, checking for damages and discrepancies. + Organize and stock merchandise in designated areas. + Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies. + Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts. + Maintain accurate inventory records. + Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks. + Assist in loading and unloading trucks. **Essential Skills** + 1+ year of warehouse and material handling experience + Comfortable lifting 35+ pounds + 1+ year of computer experience + Proficiency in packing, inventory management, and order picking + Experience with RF scanners and shipping and receiving processes + Material handling expertise **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic work environment that values teamwork and efficiency.
