**Job Title: Warehouse Associate** **Job Description** We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Associate to join our first shift team. This role emphasizes inventory management, accurate documentation, and effective communication with leadership to ensure seamless operations and site shutdown. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for packing products and sending them to different locations. **Responsibilities** + Perform daily inventory counts, cycle audits, and reconcile discrepancies. + Maintain accurate records and notes on stock movement, damages, and adjustments. + Communicate inventory status and issues to management and team leads. + Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments. + Pick, pack, and prepare orders for outbound delivery. + Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and barcode scanners safely. + Assist with general warehouse upkeep and organization. **Essential Skills** + Experience in general labor and packaging. + Proficiency in packing, shipping, and receiving. + Knowledge of labeling and shipping processes. + Ability to operate a forklift and load goods. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with warehouse equipment handling. + Strong communication skills. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits along with a 401K plan. The environment is equipped with essential warehouse technologies and tools to ensure efficient operations. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Kennesaw, Georgia. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
