🔧 Assembly Technician – Swing Shift

Location: Carson City, NV

Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:30 PM – 10:00 PM + Saturdays as needed

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Range: $18.00 – $24.00/hour (based on interview and experience)

Job Overview

Join a fast-paced team supporting the assembly and integration of components used in data center infrastructure. This swing shift role involves mechanical and electrical assembly, quality inspections, and collaboration with logistics and engineering teams to meet production goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble mechanical and electrical components using hand and power tools.Follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions to ensure accurate builds.Inspect parts and assemblies for quality and accuracy.Support wiring, soldering, and basic troubleshooting tasks.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.Adhere to all safety and quality standards.Data Center Support TasksAssist in building and configuring server racks and related hardware.Perform cable management and labeling for network and power systems.Support testing and validation of assembled units using meters and diagnostic tools.Ensure compliance with data center standards for layout, airflow, and safety.Additional Duties (as needed)Receive and inspect incoming shipments; document and label goods.Prepare and package outgoing shipments.Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.Move materials within the facility and deliver to production lines.Assist with inventory counts and record updates.QualificationsExperience or interest in electronics, manufacturing, or data center hardware (training provided).Ability to follow instructions and use basic tools.Familiarity with diagrams or schematics is a plus.Willingness to learn soldering, wiring, and basic troubleshooting.Comfortable with test equipment (oscilloscopes, meters, etc.) or open to learning.Work EnvironmentTechnologically advanced facility with modern tools and equipment.Casual dress code and a safety-first culture.Opportunities for growth and advancement.
