**Job Title: Warehouse Associate** **Job Description** As a Warehouse Associate, you will be working in a temperature-controlled environment specializing in food and beverage distribution. This role requires proficiency in operating forklifts, both sit and stand, as well as electronic pallet jacks, both single and double pallet. You will be responsible for picking orders using onboard POS computers and paper pick sheets, using RF scan guns and barcode sticker printers, and managing inventory. **Responsibilities** + Operate forklifts, both sit and stand, and electronic pallet jacks. + Pick orders using onboard POS computers and paper pick sheets. + Use RF scan guns and barcode sticker printers. + Receive and unload inbound freight, verify and inspect product. + Forward receiving information to the receiving clerk. + Break down pallets, restack, restock, palletize, stage, and load outbound trailers. + Assist in inventory management, cycle counts, and date coding. **Essential Skills** + Experience with forklift operation and electronic pallet jacks. + 3-4+ years of experience in cold storage distribution. + Proficiency in using RF scanners, order picking, and pallet jacks. + Ability to read, write, communicate, and comprehend English. + Good judgment in operating forklifts and handling products safely. + Ability to work in cold environments and withstand low temperatures. + Physical capability to stand, sit, walk, twist, and lift up to 100 pounds. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in food and beverage distribution. + Sit and stand lift experience. + Ability to operate various types of equipment with training. **Why Work Here?** We offer a weekly bonus of $90+ once hired directly, based on productivity.
