Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

This position involves moving products throughout a warehouse, managing shipping and receiving, and loading and unloading trucks by hand. You will follow a pick list to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory management.

ResponsibilitiesPick orders off a pick list and stage shipments.Stack boxes on skids and manually wrap the skids with shrink wrap.Organize the warehouse after picking orders.Put away products in correct locations.Assist in unloading trucks, checking inventory, and ensuring accuracy.Rotate stock by placing new inventory at the back and old inventory at the front, and label it properly.Locate stock and correct amounts as per pick sheets, pull orders off racks, and stage pallets and shipments on docks.Load trucks with the correct inventory upon arrival.Essential SkillsExperience with forklift operations.Order picking and pulling.Inventory management.Material handling.Shipping and receiving.Experience with pallet jacks.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with RF scanners.Knowledge of ERP systems.Inventory management expertise.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment is a large 120,000 sq. ft. facility with a small team of 10 people, including a logistics coordinator, chemist, warehouse workers, and batch operators. The facility operates as a distribution center and is equipped with a tank farm and batch processors for future product production. The atmosphere is laid-back with a requirement for steel-toed shoes/boots. The working hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with flexibility as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
