Job Description
Join our team as a Warehouse Associate where you'll work in a dynamic environment from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. You will play a key role in various departments including shipping, receiving, kitting, labeling, and packing. This position is integral to maintaining the high standards of our operations and ensuring efficient workflow.
ResponsibilitiesWork on the warehouse floor for 8-10 hours daily, maintaining reliability in attendance.Primarily work in the Kitting department to create, consolidate, and perform quality control checks on inventory items.Closely follow written instructions and maintain a clean, orderly workspace.Utilize handheld devices, scanners, poly-sealers, label printers, and table scales.Assist with inbound, outbound, and shipping operations as required.Create new inventory kits and consolidate and quality check returning inventory and kits.Follow guidelines for managing and purging inventory/material based on expiration dates and lot numbers.Pack and box up kitted items.Restock inventory on packing floor and depleted pick locations with reserve inventory as needed.Conduct daily cycle counts using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) on handheld devices.Stock newly received inventory.Essential Skills1-2 years of warehouse experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent interpersonal communication skills.Positive can-do attitude.Safety-conscious.Organized and ability to multi-task.Highly self-motivated.Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently.Willingness to work overtime as needed.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in kitting, inventory, shipping and receiving.General labor, material handling, pallet jack operation.Order pulling, picking, packing, labeling.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The role operates in a warehouse setting, involving both professional and physical activities. You will routinely use equipment such as dollies, skids, and pallet jacks, as well as office equipment like computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. Physical demands include lifting and carrying boxes and lab equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
