**Job Title: Warehouse Associate** **Job Description** As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and organizing incoming shipments and inventory. You will prepare and process orders for delivery or shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely is part of the role, with training available if needed. You'll maintain accurate records of stock levels and transactions, perform routine quality checks to ensure product standards, and assist with loading and unloading trucks. The facility is non-climate controlled, providing an opportunity to work closely with a small manufacturing team. The standard schedule is the second shift from 1:30 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Thursday, with a temporary schedule of 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fredericksburg, Virginia. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
