Warehouse Associate
**Job Title: Material Handler** **Job Description** The Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in managing and organizing incoming materials and supplies. You will be responsible for receiving, unpacking, and warehousing these materials, ensuring they match documentation and are accurately sorted and counted. You will make entries into the inventory database, prepare periodic reports, and may perform duties such as kitting, labeling, and document preparation for shipping goods. Operating a forklift or other heavy equipment may be required. **Responsibilities** + Receive, unpack, and warehouse incoming materials and supplies. + Check incoming goods against documentation. + Sort and count materials, supplies, and finished goods as needed. + Make entries into inventory database and prepare periodic reports. + Perform kitting, labeling, and other duties prior to shipping products. + Prepare necessary documents for shipping goods. + Operate a forklift or other heavy equipment when required. + Perform visual inspections of purchased parts, subassemblies, or finished products according to well-defined criteria. + Accurately document the results of inspections. + Perform data entry into associated systems, with a preference for SAP knowledge. + Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for corrective actions. **Essential Skills** + Experience in shipping and receiving, including data entry and verifying incoming materials. + Proficiency in logistics operations. + Knowledge of quality checks and data entry. + Familiarity with kitting, labeling, and SAP systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to perform Shipper/Receiver duties and PTO clerk functions. + Experience in picking material and kitting products to build finished goods. + Ability to perform quality checks and inspections on purchased materials, partially assembled or finished medical devices. + Experience in reviewing quality documents and providing support to operations. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including holiday, vacation, and sick time.
