**Job Title: Warehouse Order Picker** **Job Description** The Warehouse Order Picker plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse by moving products, loading and unloading trucks, and following pick lists to prepare shipments. This position supports the facility's distribution efforts and contributes to the organization and efficiency of the warehouse environment. **Responsibilities** + Pick orders off a pick list and stage shipments. + Stack boxes on skids and manually wrap them with shrink wrap. + Help organize the warehouse after picking orders. + Put away products in the correct locations. **Essential Skills** + Experience with inventory management. + Proficiency in order picking and pulling. + Ability to use RF scanner and ERP systems. + Material handling skills. + Packing and loading expertise. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Familiarity with forklift and pallet jack operations is a plus. + Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes. + Comfortable using sit-down forklift. + Ability to work independently and as part of a small team. **Why Work Here?** Join a growing facility where you can take advantage of great benefits, including a 401K plan. The work atmosphere is casual and supportive, requiring steel-toed shoes or boots. You'll be part of a small second shift team, working from 3 pm to 11:30 pm, with occasional overtime. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
