Entry-Level Warehouse Associate

Location: North Bend, WA 98045

Compensation: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:40 PM

Transportation: Reliable transportation required (not accessible via public transit)

About the Role

Aerotek is hiring motivated individuals for an entry-level warehouse position in a high-volume distribution center. This role is ideal for candidates who are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Key DutiesPrepare and package products for shipmentPerform repetitive assembly line tasks (e.g., opening cases, inserting items, labeling)Conduct visual inspections to ensure product qualityStack and organize cases on palletsRotate through various manual line positionsPick and verify items for mixed case ordersWorkplace DetailsDress Code: Casual (jeans and appropriate t-shirts permitted)Safety Guidelines: Skirts and dresses are not allowed due to machinery exposureTeam Size: Up to 100 associatesWork Style: Fast-paced, repetitive tasks in a collaborative settingCandidate RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to read, write, and understand EnglishStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsComfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasksMust pass a drug screening and meet compliance standardsPreferred AttributesReliable with a strong attendance recordWillingness to learn and adapt to new tasksPositive attitude and strong work ethicOpen to cross-training in multiple work areasPay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
