**Job Title: Warehouse Associate** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate who will be responsible for picking orders, delivering materials throughout production, and staging the production floor. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently within a team-oriented environment. **Responsibilities** + Locate material in the computer system. + Conduct cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy. + Pick material from the shelves using reach and cherry picker equipment. + Load and unload trucks as needed. + Troubleshoot inventory issues and resolve discrepancies. + Perform visual inspections of incoming material to ensure it is not damaged. **Essential Skills** + Forklift experience, with reach or cherry picker experience being ideal but not required. + Ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds. + Basic math skills for inventory management. + Knowledge of inventory systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with ERP and digital inventory systems is a plus. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage once permanent. You'll be equipped with necessary tools and technology to efficiently handle inventory tasks. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Massachusetts. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.15 - $19.15/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
