Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate who will primarily work in picking, using an RF scanner to pick products by hand. The role involves filling customer orders, completing inbound receiving accurately, stocking received products, processing shipment orders, working with parcel carriers and drivers, maintaining activity records, building boxes, packaging, and preparing shipments. The associate will also assist with any other warehouse duties as requested.

Work Environment
The facility in Richmond is very clean, well-lit, and temperature-controlled. It is an FDA-regulated, Class 2 Medical Facility with strict guidelines and batch and lot control (FIFO). The environment is metrics-driven, and the warehouse is where the products are stored. Dress code includes steel-toed shoes, long pants, and a t-shirt. Employees work in a clean room wearing gloves, hair nets, eye protection, and lab coats/smocks. The working hours are 8:30 AM-5 PM, with overtime available depending on workflow.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
