Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Job Description

We are at the forefront of robotics solutions for warehouses, with each robot acting as an order selector, efficiently carrying items to load onto pallets. As a Warehouse Associate, you will begin as general help and receive thorough training to assist with cleaning, housekeeping, and heavy lifting, while supporting operations as needed.

ResponsibilitiesLoad and offload equipment with products, while operating basic machinery and maintaining attention to detail.Process pallets and communicate any issues with the system effectively.Climb ladders up to 25 feet and work in confined spaces when necessary.Clean up spills and perform visual inspections of robotic systems.Operate a manual pump cart to manage storage and housekeeping of the Bot lift and induction staging area.Essential SkillsExperience with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical assembly.Ability to perform general labor and repair tasks.Familiarity with troubleshooting and construction.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in manufacturing and production.Skills in solar technology and mechanical assembly are a plus.Strong references that speak to work ethic and reliability.Effective communication skills to report issues to managers and engineers.Capability to analyze faults and troubleshoot using custom Human Machine Interfaces.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work within the Walmart Distribution Center, servicing automated packaging equipment. The environment includes confined spaces and requires tracking down non-functional robots. This physical job demands resilience, especially in summer heat, and includes LOTO training, provided by us. The workspace offers only 32 inches of clearance, highlighting the need for agility.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooksville, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
