As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in prepping orders, ensuring the accuracy and quality of products before they reach our customers. Your responsibilities will include checking labels and codes, counting, applying stickers, loading pallets correctly, and maintaining cleanliness. You will be required to lift bags of cocoa beans (up to 50lbs) and butter (up to 35lbs) throughout your 12-hour shift. The role involves minimal rotation between tasks, so you must be comfortable working in the same area for the entire shift. Additionally, you will utilize new technology to assist with lifting and dumping heavy materials into machines, primarily at the dumping station.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
