**Job Title: Warehouse Support** **Job Description** We are looking for a detail-oriented Packer responsible for ensuring all items are properly packed and labeled before shipment. You will work closely with the warehouse team to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace and following all safety protocols are essential aspects of this role. **Work Environment** Work in a clean and quiet environment with a small team of 2-3 colleagues. The culture is team-based with a supportive attitude. The dress code requires closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing. The shift runs from Monday to Friday, with flexible start and end times between 7:00 AM and 4:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch at 11:00 AM. Overtime is sometimes required on weekends, mostly at quarter-end, but is not mandatory. **Responsibilities** + Sort and check incoming items from the Production Department, MEF, and Buyers. + Sort and organize materials according to company standards. + Package materials following customer orders and specifications. + Ensure accuracy and completeness of all packaging and labeling. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Report issues or problems with materials or equipment to the Shipping Coordinator and Production Manager. + Adhere to all company safety and quality standards. + Assist with inventory management and control as needed. + Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager. **Essential Skills** + Packaging, material handling, data entry, labeling, sorting, attention to detail, and computer skills. + Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day. + Experience in a fast-paced packaging/manufacturing environment. + Ability to lift 30 lbs. daily and up to 50 lbs. on occasion. + Inventory experience. + Experience with SAP and shipping processes. + Possession of a valid work permit for 2 years. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Shipping experience. + ERP knowledge. + Permanent Residency or application in process. + Assembly experience. + Flexible to assist with packaging tasks. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy working in a team-oriented environment with low turnover, where employees have thrived for over 20 years.
