**Now Hiring: 1st Shift Warehouse Associate** **Weekly Pay $20/hr (8:00am-4:30pm)** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our team. This individual will be integral in managing all aspects of warehouse operations, including the handling of perishable items and ensuring efficient storage in a cooler environment. **Responsibilities** + Utilize a pallet jack for material handling. + Execute labeling and kitting tasks within the warehouse. + Receive perishable items and store them in a cooler, maintaining temperatures around 40 degrees. + Operate RF scanners for accurate warehouse inventory management. + Handle packaging and packing duties effectively. + Ensure seamless integration following documented procedures. + Maintain adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and fill Device History Records (DHR). + Utilize hand and power assembly tools such as torque wrenches, screwdrivers, and drills in a regulated manufacturing environment. + Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain good attendance. **Essential Skills** + At least 6 months or more of warehouse / shipping roles. (Retail experience is great too from Target) + Proficiency in using RF scanners and managing warehouse inventory. + Must be okay with material handling using pallet jacks and forklifts. + Ability to read and write in English. + Ability to lift up to 40 pounds. **Qualifications** + Must have PROOF of High School Diploma or GED. **Why Work Here?** Experience working in a state-of-the-art facility with the benefit of paid holidays after completing 960 regular hours.
