**Job Title: Warehouse Associate** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate, where you will play a crucial role in the production of small metal parts for Toyota vehicles. Our facility is equipped with large stamping presses, small machine welding stations, and production lines. **Responsibilities** + Operate production lines efficiently. + Push carts of product and move materials around the facility. + Perform lifting and labor tasks with high attention to detail. + Demonstrate a high level of initiative and attendance. + Conduct quality checks and visual inspections of products. + Move materials in the Press and Conveyance departments or Welding department. + Read diagrams and follow instructions for quality checks. + Audit and monitor quality requirements in accordance with company policies. + Initiate Non-Conformance reports and document inspection findings. + Perform calibration and maintenance on inspection equipment. + Interact constructively with team members and leaders. **Essential Skills** + Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, and receiving. + Ability to stand on feet for 10+ hours a day. + Capability to lift 30+ lbs repeatedly. + Proficient in assembly, order selecting, inventory, and material handling. + Strong quality assurance skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to interpret and understand work instructions. + Completion of necessary paperwork related to the position. + Experience in a fast-paced environment. + Ability to lift materials overhead repeatedly. **Why Work Here?** Become part of a family-oriented culture with opportunities for personal growth into lead operator or supervisor roles.
