We’re looking for aWarehouse Assistant Manager – Shipping to lead and support our day-to-day shipping operations. Reporting to the Delivery Manager, this role is responsible for overseeing supervisors and shipping staff, ensuring accurate and on-time deliveries, and driving operational excellence.

This is ahands-on leadership role. You won’t be sitting behind a desk—you’ll be on the warehouse floor every day,boots on the ground, working alongside your team to keep operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do

Supervise daily shipping operations to ensure efficiency and accuracyLead and support supervisors and their teams through coaching and developmentMonitor productivity, identify improvements, and implement action plansOversee staffing, scheduling, and vacation planning to meet business needsPartner with sales and order desk teams to resolve shipping challengesEnsure compliance with safety standards and company policiesManage shipping fleet and equipment maintenance with accuracy and accountability

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of warehouse, logistics, or shipping leadership experiencePhysically fit and comfortable with hands-on work in a warehouse settingAbility tolift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environmentExperience operating pallet jacks or willingness to learnStrong knowledge of shipping operations and transportation regulationsProven ability to coach and lead teams in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsProficiency with logistics systems
