Job Title: Warehouse Assistant
Job Description

The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring seamless logistics and possessing knowledge in international import and export processes. This hands-on role requires attention to detail, ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, and experience using ERP software for comprehensive supply chain management.

ResponsibilitiesEnsure accurate and timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.Create and maintain ERP data integrity while performing all material movement transactions, ensuring that all documents are filed and posted correctly.Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping processes to meet customer requirements.Coordinate transportation, including carrier selection, routing, and scheduling.Manage all aspects of international import and export operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements.Coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to facilitate smooth cross-border movements.Essential SkillsProven experience in warehouse assistance utilizing an ERP system to manage and control all material movement transactions.Strong knowledge of logistic processes, international regulations, and customs procedures.Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks as required.OSHA Forklift Certification.Hazardous materials handling.Ability to perform in a fast-moving environment and deal with uncertainties.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Microsoft Excel.Familiarity with safety regulations and warehouse management standards.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with inventory, shipping and receiving, forklift operation, and RF scanner usage.Work Environment

The work environment is a warehouse setting next to an assembly area in a brand new facility.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33280.00 - $37440.00/yr.
