Warehouse Material Handler

Job Description

Join a dynamic team within the receiving department where your individual contributions are recognized and celebrated. This role requires working closely with team members, while focusing on individual performance metrics. Your main responsibilities include handling materials, receiving products, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

Handle materials efficiently and accurately.Receive and process returns using RF scanners.Manage inventory control and ensure accurate tracking.Operate electric pallet jacks, if certified.Utilize a 12ft staircase ladder safely, ensuring no fear of heights.Maintain a fast-paced workflow, walking and lifting for 8-12 hours daily.

Essential Skills

Warehouse operations experience ranging from 0 to 6 months.Proficiency in using RF scanners.Strong inventory control skills.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Comfortable working in a narrow aisle environment.Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and regulations.

Work Environment

Work in a bustling warehouse environment with pallets full of products. Navigate narrow aisles alongside fellow team members while certified operators use electric pallet jacks. The environment prohibits cellphones, smart watches, or other electronics to ensure focus and safety. Acceptable footwear includes sneakers, boots, or steel-toe shoes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Flower Mound, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
