Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Warehouse Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for managing quality system documentation and supporting administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
ResponsibilitiesReview, scan, file, and store quality system documents in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).Perform accurate data entry into Excel spreadsheets, tracking document lifecycle across up to eight departments.Interface directly with employees in engineering, scientific labs, manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics.Manage front desk operations, including email correspondence and document handling.Send quotes to customers and maintain organized records.Operate office equipment including copiers, printers, and scanners.Spend approximately 80% of time on the computer and 20% handling physical documents.Essential SkillsProficiency in data entry and customer service.Experience with inventory management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Experience with document control, filing, printing, and scanning.Experience working in AS9100 industries such as Aviation, Space, and Defense.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.Strong attention to detail.Additional Skills & QualificationsFamiliarity with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).Organized, and adaptable to changing priorities.Must be ITAR compliant.Comfortable working on a computer for the majority of the day.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The role operates on a 4/10 schedule from Monday to Thursday, 7 am - 5:30 pm, with some flexibility on start time. You will be working in a smaller company environment with about 10 people on-site, performing very detailed and repetitive work independently for most of the day.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vista, California.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
