Warehouse Administrator
Our client, a leading player in the logistics and distribution sector, is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join their team. As a Warehouse Administrator, you will be part of the operations supporting the warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Warehouse Administrator **Location:** Edmonton, AB **Shift: Monday to Friday** **Shift Hours: Two weeks training - 8:00 - 16:30** **After Training : 14:00 - 22:30** **What's the Job?** + Process warehouse receiving paperwork. + Schedule receiving appointments and manage incoming supply calls. + Enter data, including reporting, inventory adjustments, and stock in/out. + Maintain physical inventory of materials and assist in labeling items for shipment. + Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring corrective actions are taken. **What's Needed?** + Administrative experience in a warehouse or distribution environment. + Familiarity with administrative and clerical procedures and terminology. + Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office. + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic environment. + Gain valuable experience in warehouse administration and operations. + Be part of a supportive and collaborative team. + Engage in a role that offers diverse responsibilities and challenges. + Contribute to the efficiency and success of warehouse operations.
