**Job Title: Warehouse Administrator** **Job Description** We are seeking Material Clerks to manage shipping and receiving of parts, materials, cores, and equipment, as well as maintaining inventory records in the computer system. You will ensure packages are free from visible damage and comply with federal regulations and company policies regarding quality, documentation, and traceability, including part number, serial number, and shelf life. Additional duties include performing shelf life audits, building or relocating shelving, and conducting cycle counts. **Responsibilities** + Ship and receive parts, materials, and equipment. + Replenish inventory within the computer system. + Verify package integrity and compliance with regulations. + Perform shelf life audits and cycle counts. + Build or relocate shelving as needed. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in handling parts and materials. + Experience in inventory management and cycle counts. + Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Outlook. + Knowledge of shipping and receiving logistics. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1-2 years of experience in an inventory department or warehouse. + Excellent customer service and attention to detail. + High School diploma required. + Willingness to obtain DOT/IATA certifications within 60 days of starting. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth. Casual dress code includes t-shirts, work pants, and close-toed shoes. Shift hours are 12 pm to 8:30 pm, Tuesday through Friday, and 9 am to 5:30 pm on Saturday. Flexibility to work morning shifts may be required occasionally. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Clara, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
