About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Inventory & Logistics Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for shipping and receiving parts, materials, cores, and equipment, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records in our computer system. You’ll ensure compliance with federal regulations and company policies regarding quality, documentation, and traceability.

Key Responsibilities:

Ship and receive parts, materials, and equipment.Verify packages for visible damage and ensure compliance with documentation standards.Maintain accurate inventory records, including part numbers, serial numbers, and shelf life.Perform shelf life audits and cycle counts.Build or relocate shelving as needed.Use Microsoft Office and Outlook for inventory tracking and communication.

Required Skills:

Inventory management and cycle countingShipping & receiving logisticsStocking and warehouse organizationBasic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Outlook)Strong attention to detail and customer service skills

Qualifications:

1–2 years of experience in inventory or warehouse operationsVerifiable High School Diploma or GEDAbility and willingness to obtain DOT/IATA certifications within 60 days of hire

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
