**Job Title: Warehouse Administrator** **Job Description** We are seeking a Customer Service professional to serve as both the Customer Service Lead and Office Manager at our Newark location. This dual-role position requires a proactive, organized individual who can lead by example, manage day-to-day office operations, and handle complex customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy. **Responsibilities** + Serve as the on-site lead for the Newark customer service team. + Manage and support five key customer service functions: Inbound and Receiving, Order Entry, Appointment Setting, Driver Window Check-In, and all other Customer Inquiries. + Act as the go-to person for escalated or complex customer issues. + Ensure smooth office operations, including supplies, scheduling, and coordination with other departments. + Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to meet and exceed customer expectations. + Maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability. + Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members. **Essential Skills** + Troubleshooting, warehouse, inventory, administrative assistance, administration, customer service, office manager/administrative expertise. + Ability to handle complex and high-priority customer inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and urgency. + Experience leading a team, providing day-to-day guidance, and resolving issues. + Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks. + Proficient in order entry, order processing, Microsoft Office, administrative support, and data entry. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 3+ years of customer service experience. + Prior experience in a lead or supervisory role. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently. + Comfortable with multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment. + Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. **Why Work Here?** Leadership with Impact: Be the go-to leader on-site, directly influencing customer satisfaction and team performance.
