**Warehouse & Customer Support Administrator – Hillsboro, Oregon**
We are seeking a highly capable **Warehouse & Customer Support Administrator** to support operations at a busy customer site in Hillsboro, Oregon. This role is essential to maintaining high service standards, managing customer inquiries and orders, and ensuring effective communication between internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will help resolve daily operational challenges and contribute to business growth for both our team and the customer.
**What's the Job:**
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
+ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
+ Deliver outstanding customer service at every opportunity.
+ Collaborate with internal and external teams to complete tasks, resolve issues, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
+ Perform order entry, stock reporting, and data input using various inventory management systems.
+ Compile, analyze, and share reports with customers.
+ Support inventory management and cycle counting activities.
+ Monitor and manage stock levels across multiple warehouses to ensure optimal inventory mix.
+ Track and coordinate incoming deliveries and customer shipments.
+ Manage lead times and communicate updates to customers and stakeholders.
+ Process delivery documents and maintain accurate records in the ERP system.
+ Coordinate production and special orders involving kitting, assembly, or other value-added services.
+ Identify and escalate issues or trends affecting service levels, inventory accuracy, or process efficiency.
+ Develop product knowledge and understand the customer’s operating environment and part applications.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
+ Experience with inventory management systems (ERP, WMS); familiarity with SAP, Maximo, or similar systems is a plus.
+ Prior experience with spare parts, machine parts, automotive parts, or technical products is highly advantageous.
