**Job Title: Warehouse Admin** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Admin / Traffic Clerk to manage and organize daily workloads, ensure the accuracy of trailer information, and maintain strong communication with carriers and planning teams. This role is crucial in ensuring that shipments are processed efficiently, adhering to standards and regulations. **Responsibilities** + Verify the yard is correct and ensure accurate information for all trailers and containers picked up or brought in. + Collect, count, and prepare picklists for shipments, entering information into carrier portals. + Maintain working relationships with carriers and planning teams to ensure shipment coverage. + Direct international shipments to follow correct FIFO standards. + Perform audits on international paperwork, ensuring all documents are present, stamped, and completed correctly. + Organize and maintain copies of all Certificates of Analysis for products shipping internationally. + Coordinate with carriers and schedule times for all inbound and outbound shipments. + Enter shipments and other information into the schedule, reviewing for inconsistencies. + Prepare folders with necessary paperwork for each outbound shipment. + Run daily reports to ensure shipments are processed correctly and timely. + Communicate and coordinate the pickup or repair of rejected trailers, maintaining an updated list. + Complete daily reporting for security and other reports requested by management. + Plan transport for all Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipments. + Run and update the Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) report daily. + Maintain the EMC planning document with plant production and warehouse shipping information. + Create shipments and secure transport for test products and international registration samples. + Monitor partial pallet numbers and adjust shipments as needed to ship bulk products. + Collaborate with IT to ensure the schedule is up-to-date and functions are maximized. + Keep a current record of heat-treated and domestic pallets and order as needed. + Ensure reliable attendance at scheduled shifts. + Perform all duties in conformance with safety and security standards. + Perform all other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Two years of experience in a similar / relevant working environment. + Intermediate computer or tablet skills. + Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word). + Experience with SAP. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Strong organizational and communication skills. + Ability to work collaboratively with carriers and planning teams. **Why Work Here?** We offer a full scope of benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k plans. The facility spans 400,000 square feet and includes an office for transportation coordinators and routers. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kansas City, Kansas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
