**Job Title: Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Specialist** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated first shift shipping and receiving specialist who excels with computers. In this role, you will be responsible for physically receiving items into the warehouse, entering received materials into the accounting system, scanning receiving documentation into project files, and monitoring the list of open purchase orders to confirm their status. You will also support the purchasing manager by assisting with purchase order entry and material ordering, while communicating shipping and receiving statuses with the project manager and sales team. The position operates on a first shift from 8am to 5pm, with flexibility required for starting an hour earlier or staying an hour later as needed. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, Texas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
