let me know what shift you would need full name & where you are located Job DescriptionAs a Distribution Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the labeling process. Your responsibilities will include managing production and supply reports, preparing daily production needs, coordinating inventory, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
ResponsibilitiesReview all orders for accuracy and inventory levels relative to labeling requirements.Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily production and supply reports.Coordinate daily shift production needs based on the Master Production Schedule (MPS).Manage and report on M&S inventory.Plan, assign jobs, and communicate effectively within the Labeling Department.Assess inventory of brites, labels, cartons, and other materials to ensure fulfillment of the label plan.Verify work orders for correct quantities, fibers, labels, and codes.Communicate with the Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) team if plans cannot be met.Order CHEP pallets to support production needs.Collaborate with PPIC and management to ensure MPS goals are achieved.Coordinate with PPIC to minimize label and fiber write-offs.Ensure compliance with BRC, QA, USDA, and Organic standards.Maintain up-to-date cycle counts of Label Line items in collaboration with the M&S stock controller.Work with the QA auditor on production worksheets.Post daily production into SAP and adjust planned orders as necessary.Essential SkillsData entry and inventory control expertise.Proficiency in SAP and ERP systems.Strong computer and shipping/receiving skills.Ability to manage warehouse inventory and production cycles.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong attention to detail.Ability to attend production scheduling meetings.Capability to train on industry-specific ERP systems.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment includes normal 8-10 hour shifts with the potential for Saturday work if needed. The position requires working the 3rd shift from 10:30 pm to 6:30 am. Employees are provided with personal protective equipment and are encouraged to maintain a safe and compliant workspace.
