Job Title: Material Handler
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Material Handler, where you will be integral to the efficient operation of our warehouse. This role involves handling the receipt, shipment, storage, and distribution of products, ensuring they are moved safely and accurately.
Responsibilities
Load, unload, move, or store products according to delivery or routing documents or supervisor instructions.Perform partial pallet distribution as needed.Use gas or electric powered forklifts to move products safely.Load finished products into trailers.Unload and load production materials into trailers.Manage warehouse inventory and flow.Stage materials for production.Maintain warehouse sanitation.Package and move recycling and production waste.Communicate with team members and production through RedZone chat.Keep accurate and neatly written documentation.Rotate through all production forklift positions.Operate powered industrial equipment including gas and electric forklifts, stand-up forklifts, and attachments such as tote dumpers.Operate and troubleshoot robot palletizers on the Tualatin campus.Always follow GMP and safety regulations.Use SAP and RF Scanner for receiving materials and loading finished goods.Essential Skills
6+ months of warehouse/material handling experience.Competency in English to pass Safety Class.Forklift operation skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize.Continuous use of decision-making skills, reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language.Teamwork and independent judgment capabilities.Interpersonal skills.Physical ability to push up to 500 pounds (with pallet jack), pull up to 500 pounds (with pallet jack), and lift and/or carry up to 35 pounds frequently.Experience with RF scanner, picking, packing, and loading.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a clean warehouse environment with a structured shift schedule. You will have the opportunity to train on safety protocols on your first day at the Tualatin facility, ensuring you are equipped to perform your duties safely and effectively.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tualatin, Oregon.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.50/hr.
