About the Job 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Waiter / Waitress to join Room Service in Jumeirah Beach Hotel.  

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:  

Deliver a warm, professional, and personalized dining experience by anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to requests. 

Confidently describe menu items and beverage pairings, showcasing detailed knowledge of ingredients and preparation methods. 

Liaise closely with the Culinary Team to ensure flawless food pickup, timely service, and consistent quality at every table. 

Manage table settings, serve food and beverages with precision, and maintain immaculate presentation throughout service. 

Use the point-of-sale system to accurately process guest orders and special requests, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen. 

Contribute to an engaging atmosphere by maintaining an attentive, unobtrusive presence and creating memorable dining moments. 

About You 

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: 

2 years of relevant experience in hospitality or related industries 

Experience working in a multi-cultural environment 

Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

Proficiency in English
