As a Wafer Fabrication Technician with PCB Piezotronics, Inc., you will work in a cleanroom environment and support activities in silicon wafer processing. This is a 2nd shift position: Monday-Friday 2:00-10:30pm. Initial training may be required on first shift (6:00am-2:30pm) for 2-3 months depending on experience. Additional Duties: + Work in a team-based production environment to support activities in silicon wafer processing. + Obtains knowledge of one or more of the following process areas: Photolithography, wet etch processing, thin films processing, diffusion, metrology and inspection. + Understands role in implementing the ISO 9001 standard and complies with all aspects of the standard. + Responsible for knowing and following all cleanroom and ESD policies and procedures. + Work safely in areas where hazardous chemicals are stored or in use. + Keeps work areas clean and free of dirt or contamination. + Performs other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: + Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D. + Experience: 1-2 years related experience. Ability to handle fragile silicon wafers with tweezers.
