 The Physician serves as a health-care professional and able to handle a variety of health-related problems. The Physician work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Primary Care Physician to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. This is an ideal role for providers looking for flexible scheduling while contributing to high-quality outpatient care.

Responsibilities:

Provide outpatient primary care services to adult and geriatric populations.Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical histories and records.Evaluate moderately complex to complex medical conditions.Will report to the Associate Medical DirectorThis role will be onsite and will provide coverage at several of our clinics in San Antonio

Required Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program.Active medical license in the state of jurisdiction.Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.Preference for value-based care experience, or at least 2 years of caring for Geriatric patients with high acuities.Participation in Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual English/Spanish. You will need to be able to speak, read and write in both languages without limitations or assistance. See Additional Information on testing

Language Proficiency Testing: any associate who speaks with a member in a language other than English must take a language proficiency assessment, provided by an outside vendor, to ensure competency. Applicants will be required to take the Interagency Language Rating (ILR) test as provided by the Federal Government.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$270,800 - $378,800 per year
