**About the Role:**
As a CBRE VP, Talent, Learning and Development for Advisory & Corporate Functions Americas, you will design, implement, and manage learning initiatives that drive performance, growth and engagement in a sales organization. The role will focus on building and delivering leadership and management development programs, professional development strategies that support talent at all levels – from emerging professionals to senior advisors and leaders, as well as aligning effective sale training programs.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Design and execute a comprehensive, scalable learning and development strategy aligned to the goals of the Advisory business, as well as the corporate functions strategy.
+ Partner with Leadership and People Business Partners to identify the core competencies for key roles that will enable the business to meet strategic objectives. Collaborate with leaders to assess for gaps in these competencies and skills, and build learning and development programs to bridge those gaps.
+ Build scalable leadership and management development programs that support people managers and high-potential talent across the advisory business and corporate functions.
+ Provide program management, consultation and content for sales training programs across the advisory business, collaborating with advisory leadership and line of business leaders to deliver the training.
+ Introduce and maintain leadership frameworks that strengthen critical capabilities like coaching, strategic thinking, decision-making/accountability, and team leadership.
+ Design and deploy formal mentoring programs for high potential talent.
+ Develop and oversee core skills training for advisory and corporate functions professionals (e.g., communication, negotiation, financial acumen, presentation skills).
+ Leverage Learning Management System (LMS), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital learning tools to deliver modern, engaging, and data-informed learning experiences.
+ Act as a strategic partner to Advisory line of business leadership and the Advisory & Corporate Functions People Business Partner function and subject matter experts to ensure programs align with business priorities.
+ Spearhead an inventory of all training programs and associate budget which are being delivered locally through partnerships, vendors, etc to look for opportunities to streamline and deliver consistent training model.

+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 10+ years of relevant experience in a sales or professional services organization. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Experience in the areas of creating and deploying programs that are aligned to business strategy, with the adult learner in mind.
+ Excellent communication skills, including the ability to negotiate, advise, and influence stakeholders with great latitude.
+ Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
+ Motivation to impact results of a business unit, major operational segment, or enterprise-wide organization sub-function.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Meticulous organizational skills with a masterful inquisitive mindset.
+ Master-level math skills. Ability to calculate highly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the VP Talent/L&D position is $170,000 per year and the maximum salary for the VP Talent/L&D position is $220,000 per year. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
