The VP Procurement Services will lead our Procurement Services hub, which is the centre of excellence, powering global value creation against the Global Procurement organisations priorities, through seamless, end-to-end Sourcing and Procurement support delivery. What you will be doing:
Provide strategic direction across procurement service lines, fostering a high-performing, customer-centric culture through coaching, development and promoting accountability and collaborationAlign Procurement Services to Global Procurement and Business Services strategic objectivesAccountable for end-to-end delivery of Procurement Services across Sourcing and Procurement, ensuring service lines meet SLAs and KPIs, resolving operational issues and driving efficiencies to enhance customer satisfactionFoster a passion for growth throughout the team and drive progress through continuous improvement initiatives that deliver sustainable valueEstablish and maintain strong governance frameworks to ensure procurement processes comply with internal policies, regulatory standards and audit requirements, while safeguarding data and business integrityRepresent the Procurement Services in engagements with internal and external stakeholders, partnering across Procurement, Business Divisions, Finance, and Supply Chain to deliver aligned procurement outcomesChampion a culture of operational excellence by applying Lean and Six Sigma disciplines to reimagine processes, harness automation and embed new technologies that elevate performance and impactTranslate Global Procurement strategy into actionable plans for Poland Procurement Services, delivering measurable business outcomes through prioritised improvement projects focused on cost savings, process efficiency and operational maturityLead change management efforts across procurement transformation initiatives, ensuring stakeholder buy-in, effective communication and smooth adoption of new processes and systemAct as a talent scout, attracting, developing and inspiring the next generation of leaders for GBS and the end-to-end procurement processPosition requirements:
15+ years of experience in procurement with a strong track record in operational procurement and service delivery excellenceExperience working in aerospace or defence sector, in both Indirect and Direct ProcurementTrack record of leading large, multi-level teams with a focus on talent growth and performanceHands-on experience with leading procurement systems such as SAP, Coupa and Ivalua, with the ability to drive system adoption and optimizationUnderstanding of procurement policies, governance frameworks and compliance assessments related to aerospace and defenceProven track record in implementing Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen and other efficiency programsExperience in driving digital enablement, automation and innovative service delivery modelsStrong stakeholder management capabilities, with experience engaging senior leaders across multiple business unitsProven ability to coach and upskill others Committed to delivering quality services with strong internal customer satisfactionProven track record in delivering business results and achieving objectivesWhat do we offer:
