Job Description: **R** **ole Summary/Purpose:** We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President of Marketing to lead strategic marketing initiatives with a strong emphasis on driving growth and innovation. Occasionally you may be required to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as business or team meetings, training and culture events._** **Key Responsibilities:** + **Growth Forecasting & Monitoring:** Assist in accurately monitoring and forecasting key growth drivers for the credit card portfolio, leveraging data analytics and market trends to inform strategic decisions. + **Strategic Decision-Making:** Lead high-impact decisions that steer marketing initiatives towards achieving business goals, balancing risk and opportunity effectively. + **Campaign Performance Evaluation:** Help lead the PAR process to evaluate campaign effectiveness; incorporate findings to continuously refine and optimize marketing strategies. + **Competitive Analysis & Customer Experience:** Maintain an in-depth understanding of competitive credit card products and market dynamics; identify and pursue opportunities to enhance the overall customer journey and experience. + **Campaign Strategy & Innovation:** Drive cutting-edge, insight-led campaign strategies that fuel portfolio growth, continuously pushing for innovation and creative breakthroughs. + **Curiosity & Market Leadership:** Demonstrate a strong curiosity for emerging trends and technologies to pioneer next-generation marketing experiences that differentiate our offerings. + **Communication & Storytelling:** Employ strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills to clearly connect campaign learnings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams. + **Profitability Focus:** Develop and optimize marketing strategies with a laser focus on profitability goals; possess a strong understanding of how top-line marketing drivers impact the P&L and long-term business health. + Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned. **Basic Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree. In lieu of degree, high school diploma/GED and 8+ years industry experience in credit, digital payments, fintech and digital marketing + 5+ years of marketing and/or cobrand, digital, retail client portfolio experience + **Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required** **Desired Skills:** + Proven experience in strategic marketing leadership roles within credit cards, financial services, or related fields. + Strong analytical and forecasting abilities paired with sound business judgment. + Demonstrated ability to innovate and implement growth-driving marketing campaigns. + Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. + Deep understanding of financial metrics and marketing profitability. + Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence and inspire teams and stakeholders. + Passion for customer-centric marketing and enhancing user experiences. **Grade/Level: 12** The salary range for this position is **110,000.00 - 185,000.00** USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge. Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle. **Eligibility Requirements:** + You must be 18 years or older + You must have a high school diploma or equivalent + You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process + You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act. + New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).
