Position Overview:
Insight Global is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for one of our largest Food Services clients. The VP of Sales – Canada serves as the senior sales leader responsible for delivering revenue, volume, and growth targets across all Canadian channels while driving disciplined sales execution, accurate forecasting, and rigorous pipeline management; leading National Sales Managers and field teams with clear expectations, coaching, and performance accountability; building organizational bench strength and fostering a high performance, customer centric culture; developing and maintaining senior level customer relationships across Foodservice, Retail, and emerging channels while expanding presence in underdeveloped segments; championing capability building through the adoption of Salesforce, AI enabled tools, improved analytics, pricing discipline, and margin management; and acting as a key member of the Canada Leadership Team to translate market strategy into action, influence enterprise decisions, and model strong collaboration, execution excellence, and growth mindset across the commercial organization.
Salary: 180,000 CAD → ~133,110 USD
250,000 CAD → ~184,875 USD

Skills and Requirements
Must Haves:
• Bachelor’s degree required, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive sales experience within Foodservice or broader food industry, with demonstrated success driving top-line growth.
• 7+ years of senior sales leadership experience, leading multi-level, geographically dispersed teams across multiple channels.
• Proven expertise in P&L ownership, revenue growth management, pricing strategy, margin optimization, and disciplined commercial execution.
• Demonstrated ability to set and execute market-level sales strategies while operating within enterprise financial and strategic guardrails.
• Strong executive presence, with the ability to influence at the Executive level with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Highly effective negotiation, presentation, and strategic communication skills, with a track record of closing complex, high-value agreements.
• Demonstrated success leading through change, building high-performance sales cultures, and delivering results in matrixed environments.
• Recognized as a bona fide sales leader with the credibility, customer command, and execution rigor required to drive accelerated growth within the Canada Market/BU.
