This is a leadership position ideal for someone who understands modern marketing, digital commerce, and the unique needs of the manufactured housing industry. **Key Responsibilities** **Marketing Leadership** + Define and execute a full‑funnel marketing strategy (digital, brand, events, advertising). + Oversee all campaigns: paid digital, SEO, social media, email, video, and print. + Manage and mentor the internal marketing team and external vendors. + Develop brand voice, community presence, and customer acquisition strategies. + Manage the marketing budget and allocate spend across channels for maximum ROI. + Analyze campaign performance and provide executive‑level reporting. **Online Sales Leadership** + Oversee the full online sales lifecycle for manufactured homes. + Implement CRM best practices and lead‑nurture automation. + Improve website conversions, digital retail tools, and customer journey workflows. + Coordinate closely with sales managers to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow‑up. + Optimize online listings, product pages, and virtual tours to drive digital sales. **Cross‑Department Collaboration** + Work closely with executive leadership to align marketing and sales goals. + Evaluate market trends, demographics, and competitor activity. + Partner with sales, operations, and finance teams to support business growth. **Qualifications** + 7+ years of experience in Marketing, Online Sales, or Growth Leadership. + Experience in real estate, manufactured homes, modular homes, or large‑ticket consumer goods (preferred). + Strong understanding of digital marketing: Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRM systems, marketing automation, analytics. + Proven track record of scaling online leads and revenue. + Exceptional leadership and people‑management skills. + Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities. **What Success Looks Like** + Increased qualified leads and online visibility. + Improved website conversion rate and customer engagement. + Strengthened brand presence in key markets. + A high‑performing marketing and online sales team running smoothly with minimal oversight.
